Return Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations for most items, as I want you to enjoy and cherish my work. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase and I will do what I can to solve whatever problem you have. In case of a problem: 

• • • Contact me within 14 days of delivery
    • Send items back within 21 days of delivery
    • Request a cancellation within  1 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• • • Custom or personalised orders
    • Items on sale

Conditions of returns and shipping

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You as a buyer are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Please keep in mind that if you return an item which does not have any defect, you have to cover the costs of BOTH shippings, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
