Applicable laws
Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of New York, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the New York courts located in New York county, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Return Policy
If you’d like a different size or another style, please send an email to info@barcelonahm.com with the number of your order #XXXXX to notify us of your request. We will get back to you within 48 hours. We kindly ask you to DO NOT proceed with a return without reading the policy first. Contact us in all cases in order to ensure the validity of your return and in order to receive the return label.
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in cash, but we will give you credit at the website for the full cost :) We will send you a DHL or FedEx return label ensuring the returned parcel does not create new taxes on your side. Please keep in mind that if you want an exchange and the product does not have any defect, you have to cover the costs of BOTH shippings.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of both shippings will be deducted from your refund in all cases.
3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but we will give your a tracking number to be able to see the progress daily. Please check it and let us know once you get it :)
4. When you return the product, you should never ship it by yourself, please contact us first as we need to create a valid return label. If you ship it directly without our return label, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can’t proceed before receiving the product back. Please take this into account and proceed as explained.
5. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
7. In below situations only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item with obvious signs of use.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
9. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned. All items found under the following collections are not eligible for refunds/returns: Deals, Last Units, The Outlet.
10. If you decide to cancel your order and ask for a refund, it is important to know that if you cancel after 48 hours from the moment you had placed your order, we are going to charge 20% out of the total order value to cover processing costs.
11. Due to the fact that the leather we use for manufacturing is natural, color and texture may vary in comparison to the pictures. Please keep in mind that this is not a mistake, it is the compromise of creating handmade products that depend on natural materials.
12. Please keep in mind that the workshops (virtual or in person) are not eligible for returns nor refunds, as these are activities in which materials and spaces are booked in advance. If you happened to book a workshop, but can’t make it, please get in touch with us.

14. Due to new regulations, every parcel coming back from the outside the European Union is charged with an extra standard fee of €25. Please keep in mind that this applies to both exchanges and returns.
Refund/Return Policy
All refunds/returns/exchanges for artwork, jewelry, and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what I can to help you be happy.
Refunds/returns/exchanges for other items can be arranged by e-mailing anahandmadegoods@gmail.com.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund.
Complaints/Comments/Concerns
Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to anahandmadegoods@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but again, I’ll do my best.
Custom Orders
I love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers and friends. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact me at anahandmadegoods@gmail.com and we can chat about what you’re looking for
Please note, when I make a custom item it may take some time (one to two weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via PostNL, the Dutch postal services.
Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped within 1-2 workdays.
Please allow extra time for custom-made orders.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
Oveview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
